Zoltán Gábor served in management positions at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs advising Prime Ministers and Cabinet ministers on EU affairs, legal, and international human rights issues, and testifying at hearings before various standing committees of the Hungarian Parliament. He was involved in Hungary’s EU accession process, represented the position of Hungary in senior official level working groups at EU institutions, and participated in the drafting of the Lisbon Treaty. Zoltán was on diplomatic postings to Washington, DC and New Delhi, and worked as a legal advisor for the Delegation of the European Commission to Hungary. He has experience in EU institutional, enlargement, justice and home affairs, and American foreign policy matters.
Zoltán holds an MA in International Relations and World Order from University of Leicester in Leicester, UK and an MA in Law and Political Sciences from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary.
Zoltán speaks fluent Hungarian English and French.
