About the Expert
Expert Bio
Elizabeth Zolotukhina heads the North America Programme at CGSRS, where she focuses on nonproliferation, arms control, and Russia. Elizabeth’s past professional affiliations include the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, the Project on National Security Reform, the Center for Political-Military Analysis at the Hudson Institute, and the Lexington Institute. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Strategic Security, World Politics Review, the International Affairs Forum, among others.
Elizabeth holds a M.A. in Russian and East European Studies from the Harriman Institute at Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. She is fluent in Russian, and has a working knowledge of French.
